Dispute Resolution; Mediation. 6.1 A Party may notify the other Party in writing that it disputes a matter relating to the interpretation or performance of this Deed. 6.2 The notice is to be signed and dated, and is to specify details of the matter in dispute. 6.3 The Parties are to meet not later than 10 business days after the date of the notice to attempt to resolve the dispute. 6.4 If the dispute is not resolved within 20 business days after the date of the notice, the Parties are to mediate the dispute in accordance with the Mediation Rules of the Law Society of New South Wales published from time to time and are to request the President of the Law Society, or the President’s nominee, to appoint a suitably qualified mediator. 6.5 If the dispute is not resolved by mediation within 40 business days after the date of the notice, or such longer period as the Parties agree, the Parties may exercise their legal rights in relation to the dispute.
