Common use of Dispute Resolution Payments Clause in Contracts

Dispute Resolution Payments. Any dispute resolution payment (including related reimbursable expenses, fees and other costs) that does not qualify as a "legal settlement" in accordance with Treasury Regulation 1.409A-1(b)(11) (as determined by Employer in its sole discretion) shall be paid by Employer to Employee not later than the last day of Employee's taxable year following the year in which the dispute is resolved.
