DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS FOR CUSTOMERS. 31.2.1 The Contractor shall promptly notify the Administrator whenever the Administrator needs to resolve a dispute between a Customer and the Contractor, including but not limited to disputes concerning the proper interpretation and implementation of this Agreement and the Ordinances. The Contractor also shall promptly notify the Administrator about any disputes with a Customer that the Contractor has not been able to resolve within two (2) Operating Days after receiving the Customer's complaint.
