If you are not satisfied with the resolution after speaking with a Clearview Energy representative, then you may contact the DPU. For your convenience, the DPU’s contact information has been provided at the end of this Agreement. No terms contained herein waive any rights you may have under Massachusetts or Federal Consumer Protection laws.
