Common use of Dispute resolution through Sole Arbitrator Clause in Contracts

Dispute resolution through Sole Arbitrator. If any dispute, controversy or claim relating to or arising under this Agreement, and not covered in Article 13.2, such Dispute shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator i.e., Secretary to Government of Gujarat, Energy Department, Gujarat and the award passed shall be binding on both the parties. The place of Arbitration shall be the capital city of Gujarat at the time of dispute.
