Dispute resolution through Sole Arbitrator. If any dispute, controversy or claim relating to or arising under this Agreement, and not covered in Article 13.2, such Dispute shall be referred to the sole Arbitrator i.e., Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Karnataka, Energy Department, Karnataka and the award passed shall be binding on both the parties. The place of Arbitration shall be the Bengaluru at the time of dispute.
