Dispute resolution under access protocols. If the Access Undertaking comprises the access protocols published by ARTC (in the circumstances contemplated by the definition of Access Undertaking under clause 1.1), ARTC will include in those access protocols, an effective resolution process to provide for binding determination by an independent arbitrator of any disputes between the Access Holder or ARTC in relation to the Prices.
