Disputed Transactions. 14.1 If you have a reason to believe that a transaction for which your Card was used is unauthorised or has been posted to your Account in error, you must immediately contact Customer Services, but in any event within 13 months of the date of the relevant transaction. Any delay in notifying us makes it more difficult for us in investigating the transaction. If you dispute a transaction, the Merchant must be able to prove that the transaction took place.
