Common use of Disputes and Damages Clause in Contracts

Disputes and Damages. 11.1 Any dispute arising between the Parties shall be settled by agreement of the Parties and if the Parties fail to reach such agreement, the dispute shall be settled in compliance with the Georgian legislation by court of Georgia. 11.2 Disputes arisen in connection with this Contract shall be referred to the mediator of the Georgian Insurance Association’s “Insurance Mediation” on hot line: (+000 00) 0 000 000, or at address: 00 Xxxxxxxxxx xx. Tbilisi 0162, Georgia, or email: xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx.
