Disputes as to Ownership of Improvements and Collaboration IP. Should the Parties fail to agree regarding ownership of Improvements and/or Collaboration IP arising out of this Agreement, the Parties shall have the right to dispute resolution as set forth in Section 11.3 of this Agreement.
