You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the IntegraPay Services will be resolved in accordance with this Section 10. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its choice of law provisions. The exclusive venue for any actions or claims arising under or related to this Agreement will be the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
