The parties hereto agree that any disputes between them respecting the terms hereof shall be submitted to a single arbitrator under proceedings conducted in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The award of the arbitrator shall be limited to remedies otherwise available in Court, shall include a written explanation of the decision and shall be binding upon the parties and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
