Disputes, claims and legal proceedings. 17.2.1 Any dispute declared by you and any claim which you may have against us arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Services, including after termination, cancellation or amendment of these Terms and/or the Services will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1965 (as amended) or any replacement Act and will take place in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa.
