Disputes/Escalation Process. Supplier and HP will attempt in good faith to resolve all disputes under this Agreement by mutual agreement before initiating any legal action or attempting to enforce any rights or remedies hereunder; provided that nothing herein will prevent either party from giving notice at any time of default as set forth in Article 20.0 or termination as set forth in Article 24.0.
