Common use of Disputes; Governing Law Clause in Contracts

Disputes; Governing Law. Sponsor reserves the right to make all decisions in its sole discretion arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes and the decisions by Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. All disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the circuit court for Deschutes County in the State of Oregon. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Entry information and entries become property of Sponsor.
