DISPUTES, NEGOTIATIONS, MEDIATION. A. If a dispute arises relating to the performance of the services to be provided and, should that dispute result in litigation, it is agreed that the substantially prevailing party (as determined in equity by the court) shall be entitled to recover all reasonable costs of litigation, including staff time, court costs, attorney's fees and other related expenses.
