Common use of Disputes of Controversies Clause in Contracts

Disputes of Controversies. The Officer recognizes that, should a dispute or controversy arising from or relating to this portion of the Agreement (Section 4) be submitted for adjudication to any court, arbitration panel, or other third party, the preservation of the secrecy of Proprietary Information may be jeopardized. The Officer agrees that he will use best efforts to ensure that all pleadings, documents, testimony, and records relating to any such adjudication will be maintained in secrecy.
