Common use of Disputes or Controversies Clause in Contracts

Disputes or Controversies. The Executive recognizes that should a dispute or controversy arising from or relating to this Agreement be submitted for adjudication to any court, arbitration panel, or other third party, the preservation of the secrecy of Confidential Information may be jeopardized. In the event any arbitration or court proceeding is instigated relating to this Agreement, the parties to this Agreement agree to make good faith efforts to preserve the secrecy of any Confidential Information.
