Common use of Disputes Regarding Administration of Settlement Clause in Contracts

Disputes Regarding Administration of Settlement. Any disputes not resolved by the Settlement Administrator concerning the administration of the Settlement will be resolved by the Court under the laws of the State of California. Prior to any such involvement of the Court, counsel for the Parties will confer in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute without involving the Court.
