Disputes regarding Commission. The Representative shall notify Distributor as soon as possible (and in any case within ninety days from the date the commission that is the subject of the dispute is paid or charged back to the Representative) of any dispute regarding any commission, together with a reasonably detailed description of the reasons for the dispute.
