Disputes/Remedies. In seeking to resolve any dispute relating to this Contract, the Agency does not waive its sovereign immunity. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Contract may be assigned to non-binding mediation upon mutual agreement of the Parties, in accordance with the Wyoming Supreme Court's rules for alternative dispute resolution. The Parties to the dispute shall bear their respective costs for the mediation. The rights and remedies of the Parties provided for in these clauses are in addition to any other rights and remedies provided by law or under this Contract.
