Common use of Disputes Settlement Clause in Contracts

Disputes Settlement. Any dispute arising from the performance of this Agreement shall be settled by consultation. If the consultation fails, the dispute shall be settled according to 1). 1) submit the people's court where Party B is located. 2) submit to the arbitration commission which shall arbitrate in accordance with the arbitration rules in force. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the Parties. During the litigation or arbitration, the provisions hereunder which are not involved in such dispute shall still be performed.
