Disputes Settlement. 12.1 As per provisions of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 as amended from time to time, dispute, if any, between: i) the LICENSEE and a Group of Consumers, and ii) the Licensee and LICENSOR, shall be settled in Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, if such dispute arises out of or connected with the provisions of the license agreement.
