Common use of Disqualifying Termination of Employment Clause in Contracts

Disqualifying Termination of Employment. Upon a Participant’s Disqualifying Termination of Employment, the Participant will immediately forfeit any unpaid portion of the Performance Award as of the date of such Termination of Employment.
