Disruption and/or Dissolution Sample Clauses

Disruption and/or Dissolution. ▇▇▇▇ has provided AP with a copy of two generic Placement Agreements: one copy is for a finalized adoption and one copy is for an adoption that has not been finalized. In the rare event that AP concludes they cannot continue to parent after placement, each generic Placement Agreement includes the procedure for disruption of placement (termination of agreement that occurs after the child has been placed with AP, but prior to any finalization of the adoption) and/or terms related to any future dissolution of the relationship created by a finalized adoption. AP has reviewed these procedures and terms and hereby agrees to fully comply with those provisions.
