Dissemination of Information; Tax Treatment. The Borrower authorizes the Lender to disclose to any Participant or Purchaser or any other Person acquiring an interest in the Loan Documents by operation of law (each a "Transferee") and any prospective Transferee any and all information in the Lender's possession concerning the creditworthiness of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries. If any interest in any Loan Document is transferred to any Transferee which is organized under the laws of any jurisdiction other than the United States or any State thereof, the transferor Lender shall cause such Transferee, concurrently with the effectiveness of such transfer, to deliver to the Lender such completed forms with respect to withholding taxes as the Borrower may reasonably require.
