Common use of Dissemination to Others Clause in Contracts

Dissemination to Others. Institution and Investigator will restrict the dissemination of Sponsor Confidential Information to those persons participating in the Trial on behalf of Institution and/or Investigator who have a need to know and will ensure that each such person is contractually bound by confidentiality and non-use obligations at least as onerous as those set forth in this Agreement before being engaged or involved in the Trial. 5.2
