Dissociation upon Expulsion. A Member or Members may be dissociated upon expulsion from the LLC. The effective date of the expulsion shall be determined by unanimous consent of the Members, including the expelled Member(s), or by an arbitrator pursuant to Section 32 of this Agreement. The complaining Member(s) may expel an offending Member or Members from the LLC for (i) Breach of Agreement, (ii) Breach of Trust, (iii) Misconduct Affecting the LLC’s Reputation, or (iv) Serious Illegal or Immoral Conduct.
