Common use of Dissolution Events Clause in Contracts

Dissolution Events. The Company shall dissolve only upon the first to occur of any of the following events: (i) approval of the Member to dissolve the Company; or (ii) the entry of a decree of judicial dissolution under the Act.

Dissolution Events. The Company shall dissolve only dissolve, dispose of its assets, and wind up its affairs upon the first to occur of any the following (each, a “Dissolution Event”): (a) the Member’s written consent, (b) the date upon which there is a general assignment of the following events: (i) approval assets of the Member to dissolve Company for the Company; benefit of creditors or the Company shall be adjudicated bankrupt, or (iic) the entry of a decree of judicial dissolution under the Act.

Dissolution Events. The Company shall dissolve only dissolve, and its affairs shall be wound up, upon the first to occur of any of the following eventsfollowing: (i) approval the written consent of the Member to dissolve the Company; Members or (ii) any other event or circumstance giving rise to the entry dissolution of a decree of judicial dissolution the Company under the Act, unless the Company’s existence is continued pursuant to the Act.

The Company shall dissolve only be dissolved and its affairs wound up upon the first to occur happening of any of the following eventsfollowing: (ia) approval of the decision by the Member to dissolve dissolve; (b) the occurrence of an event that makes it unlawful for the Company's business to be continued; or (ii( c) the entry by a court of competent jurisdiction of a decree of judicial dissolution under the Act.dissolution. 8.2
