Dissolution; Management Change. Dissolve or liquidate, or merge or consolidate with or into any other entity; sell, transfer, lease or otherwise dispose of all or any substantial part of its property, assets or business; or, turn over the management or operation of its property, assets or business to any other person, firm or corporation or make any other material change in its management or operations.
