DISSOLUTION OF THE ASSOCIATION. 18.1 The Association shall not be dissolved except by a resolution passed at an Annual Meeting in accordance with the procedures in Clause 5.3(c). 18.2 In the event of the dissolution of the Association, any surplus funds, after payment of all expenses and outstanding accounts, shall be disposed of to any non-profit organisation as may be decided by a simple majority of those present and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting resolving such dissolution.
