DISSOLUTION OF THE BOARD. 15.1 A majority of the Partner Authorities may at any time (whether as a result of the Board's recommendations or otherwise) agree (by formal resolutions by each of them) that the Board should be dissolved with effect six months from the date of the decision or the date on which the agreement referred to in clause 15.2 below is completed if later.
