Dissolution of the JPT Sample Clauses

Dissolution of the JPT. Upon the latter of Licensee’s exercise of the Option or termination of the Research Program, the JPT will have no further responsibilities or authority under this Agreement and the JPT will be deemed dissolved by the Parties.
