Dissolution of the Limited Partnership. shall be effective on the day on which the event occurs giving rise to the dissolution, but the Limited Partnership shall not terminate until the General Partner has recorded a notice of dissolution of the Limited Partnership with the office of the Secretary of State of the State and shall have complied with the laws of the other states in which its does business and the assets of the Limited Partnership have been distributed as provided in Section 9.2.
