Distributable Operating Funds. Distributable Operating Funds shall be distributed as follows: (a) First, to the Preferred Member, until the Unpaid Preferred Return of the Preferred Member shall equal, or otherwise be reduced to, zero; (b) Thereafter, 100% to the Common Member.
