Distribution among Lenders. Any payment received by the Agent on account of any indebtedness of any Borrower hereunder, including any amount received through the exercise of any right of set-off and the enforcement of the Subsidiary Guarantees, must be distributed among the Lenders proportionately to the amount of the indebtedness owing to them hereunder and which is then payable.
