Distribution Channels for Disc Products. Publisher may use such distribution channels to distribute Disc Products as Publisher deems appropriate, including the use of third-party distributors, resellers, dealers and sales representatives. In the event that the SCE Company permits Publisher to have any of its Disc Products published by another Licensed Publisher, Publisher must, in addition to complying with Section 3.2, provide the SCE Company with advance written notice of such arrangement, including the name of the Licensed Publisher and any additional information requested by the SCE Company regarding the nature of the distribution services that would be provided by such third-party Licensed Publisher prior to manufacture of the Disc Product.
