DISTRIBUTION FROM THE TRUST SUB-ACCOUNT DURING THE LIFE OF A BENEFICIARY. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Trustee shall not exercise any power in a manner that is inconsistent with the Beneficiary’s right to the beneficial enjoyment of the Trust property in accordance with general principles relating to the law of trusts or that is inconsistent with the purpose and intent of this Trust.
