DISTRIBUTION FROM TRUST FUND. The Trustee shall make such distribution from the Trust Fund as the Employer or Administrator may in writing direct, as provided by the terms of the Plan, upon certification by the Employer or Administrator that the same is for the exclusive benefit of Participants or their Beneficiaries, or for the payment of expenses of administering the Plan.
