Distribution In Event Of Incapacity. If any person who is entitled to receive a distribution of benefits (the “Payee”) suffers from a Disability or is under a legal incapacity, payments may be made in one or more of the following ways as directed by the Plan Administrator: (a) to the Payee directly; or (b) to the guardian or legal representative of the Payee’s person or estate. The Plan Administrator’s determination of the minority or incapacity of any Payee will be final.
