Distribution in Kind. The Company shall not distribute to the Members any assets in kind unless approved by the Members in accordance with this Agreement. If cash and property in kind are to be distributed simultaneously, the Company shall distribute such cash and property in kind in the same proportion to each Member, unless otherwise approved by the Members in accordance with this Agreement.
