DISTRIBUTION LIMITED TO PARTNERSHIP ASSETS. No Partner shall have any right to demand a distribution in a form other than that decided upon by the General Partner or the liquidating trustee, as the case may be, upon dissolution and termination of the Partnership or to demand the return of its Capital Contributions prior to dissolution and termination of the Partnership.
