Distribution of Cash Flows. The Company anticipates payments to its Members pro rata pursuant to the Members’ and interests as set forth in this Operating Agreement (“Distributions”) and the Offering Circular (the “Circular”) Such quarterly Distributions are expected to begin as early as Year 1. Distributions are to be made in the following order of priority.
