Distribution of Executable Code Sample Clauses

The "Distribution of Executable Code" clause defines the terms under which executable versions of software can be shared or distributed. Typically, this clause outlines requirements such as providing access to the corresponding source code, including license notices, or specifying permitted methods of distribution (e.g., online downloads, physical media). Its core practical function is to ensure that recipients of executable software also have the necessary rights and information to use, modify, or redistribute the software, thereby promoting transparency and compliance with open source or licensing obligations.

This section does not require bundling of Your implementation of the Technology with Your OpenLinux software in fields of use outside the scope of Section 7, or in distributions limited to demonstration, evaluation, or promotional purposes or copies of Your OpenLinux software which must be distributed in order to comply with the GNU General Public License.
