Common use of Distribution of Interest Payments by Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Interest Payments by Administrative Agent. Promptly upon receipt by Administrative Agent of any payment of interest pursuant to subsection 3.3D(i) with respect to a payment under a Letter of Credit, (a) Administrative Agent shall distribute to (x) each Revolving Lender (including the Issuing Lender) out of the interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of the period from the date such drawing is honored to but excluding the date on which the applicable Issuing Lender is reimbursed for the amount of such payment (including any such reimbursement out of the proceeds of Revolving Loans pursuant to subsection 3.3B), the amount that such Revolving Lender would have been entitled to receive in respect of the letter of credit fee that would have been payable in respect of such Letter of Credit for such period pursuant to subsection 3.2 if no drawing had been honored under such Letter of Credit, and (y) such Issuing Lender the amount, if any, remaining after payment of the amounts applied pursuant to clause (x), and (b) in the event such Issuing Lender shall have been reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders pursuant to subsection 3.3C(i) for all or any portion of such payment, Administrative Agent shall distribute to each Revolving Lender (including such Issuing Lender) that has paid all amounts payable by it under subsection 3.3C(i) with respect to such payment such Revolving Lender’s Pro Rata Share of any interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of that portion of such payment so made by Revolving Lenders for the period from the date on which such Issuing Lender was so reimbursed to but excluding the date on which such portion of such payment is reimbursed by Company. Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at the account specified in subsection 2.4C(iii).

Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at the account specified in subsection 2.4C(iii).

Promptly upon receipt by Administrative Agent of any payment of interest pursuant to subsection 3.3D(i4.3D(i) with respect to a payment under a Letter of Credit, , (a) Administrative Agent shall distribute to (x) each Revolving Lender (including the Issuing LenderRevolving Lender that paid such drawing) out of the interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of the period from the date such drawing is honored to but excluding the date on which the applicable Issuing Lender is reimbursed for the amount of such payment (including any such reimbursement out of the proceeds of Revolving Loans pursuant to subsection 3.3B4.3B), the amount that such Revolving Lender would have been entitled to receive in respect of the letter of credit fee that would have been payable in respect of such Letter of Credit for such period pursuant to subsection 3.2 4.2 if no drawing had been honored under such Letter of Credit, and (y) such Issuing Lender the amount, if any, remaining after payment of the amounts applied pursuant to clause (x), and and (b) in the event such Issuing Lender shall have been reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders pursuant to subsection 3.3C(i4.3C(i) for all or any portion of such payment, Administrative Agent shall distribute to each Revolving Lender (including such Issuing Lender) that has paid all amounts payable by it under subsection 3.3C(i4.3C(i) with respect to such payment such Revolving Lender’s Pro Rata Share of any interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of that portion of such payment so made by Revolving Lenders for the period from the date on which such Issuing Lender was so reimbursed to but excluding the date on which such portion of such payment is reimbursed by Company. Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at the account specified in subsection 2.4C(iii2.4B(iii).

Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at the account specified in subsection 2.4C(iii2.4B(iii).

Distribution of Interest Payments by Administrative Agent. Promptly upon receipt by Administrative Agent of any payment of interest pursuant to subsection 3.3D(iSection 10.3(d)(i) with respect to a payment under a Letter of Credit, (aA) Administrative Agent shall distribute to (x1) each Revolving Lender (including the Issuing Lender) out of the interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of the period from the date such drawing is honored to but excluding the date on which the applicable Issuing Lender is reimbursed for the amount of such payment (including any such reimbursement out of the proceeds of Revolving Loans pursuant to subsection 3.3BSection 10.3(b)), the amount that such Revolving Lender would have been entitled to receive in respect of the letter Letter of credit Credit fee that would have been payable in respect of such Letter of Credit for such period pursuant to subsection 3.2 Section 10.2 if no drawing had been honored under such Letter of Credit, Credit and (y2) such Issuing Lender the amount, if any, remaining after payment of the amounts applied pursuant to clause (x), 1) and (bB) in the event such Issuing Lender shall have been reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders pursuant to subsection 3.3C(iSection 10.3(c)(i) for all or any portion of such payment, Administrative Agent shall distribute to each Revolving Lender (including such Issuing Lender) that has paid all amounts payable by it under subsection 3.3C(iSection 10.3(c)(i) with respect to such payment such Revolving Lender’s Pro Rata Share of any interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of that portion of such payment so made by Revolving Lenders for the period from the date on which such Issuing Lender Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx was so reimbursed to but excluding the date on which such portion of such payment is reimbursed by Company. Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at the account specified in subsection 2.4C(iiiSection 2.4(c)(iii).

Distribution of Interest Payments by Administrative Agent. Promptly upon receipt by Administrative Agent of any payment of interest pursuant to subsection 3.3D(iSection 3.3(d)(i) with respect to a payment under a Letter of Credit, (aA) Administrative Agent shall distribute to (x1) each Revolving Lender (including the Issuing Lender) out of the interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of the period from the date such drawing is honored to but excluding the date on which the applicable Issuing Lender is reimbursed for the amount of such payment (including any such reimbursement out of the proceeds of Revolving Loans pursuant to subsection 3.3BSection 3.3(b)), the amount that such Revolving Lender would have been entitled to receive in respect of the letter Letter of credit Credit fee that would have been payable in respect of such Letter of Credit for such period pursuant to subsection Section 3.2 if no drawing had been honored under such Letter of Credit, Credit and (y2) such Issuing Lender the amount, if any, remaining after payment of the amounts applied pursuant to clause (x), 1) and (bB) in the event such Issuing Lender shall have been reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders pursuant to subsection 3.3C(iSection 3.3(c)(i) for all or any portion of such payment, Administrative Agent shall distribute to each Revolving Lender (including such Issuing Lender) that has paid all amounts payable by it under subsection 3.3C(iSection 3.3(c)(i) with respect to such payment such Revolving Lender’s Pro Rata Share of any interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of that portion of such payment so made by Revolving Lenders for the period from the date on which such Issuing Lender was so reimbursed to but excluding the date on which such portion of such payment is reimbursed by CompanyBorrower. Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at the account specified in subsection 2.4C(iiiSection 2.4(c)(ii).

Distribution of Interest Payments by Administrative Agent. Promptly upon receipt by Administrative Agent for the account of any Issuing Lender of any payment of interest pursuant to subsection 3.3D(i) with respect to a payment drawing honored under a Letter of CreditCredit issued by it, (a) Administrative Agent shall distribute to (x) each Revolving Lender (including the Issuing Lender) , out of the interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of the period from the date such drawing is honored to but excluding the date on which the applicable such Issuing Lender is reimbursed for the amount of such payment honored drawing (including any such reimbursement out of the proceeds of Revolving Loans pursuant to subsection 3.3B), the amount that such other Revolving Lender would have been entitled to receive in respect of the letter of credit fee that would have been payable in respect of such Letter of Credit for such period pursuant to subsection 3.2 if no drawing had been honored under such Letter of Credit, and (y) such Issuing Lender the amount, if any, remaining after payment of the amounts applied pursuant to clause (x), and (b) in the event if such Issuing Lender shall have been reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders pursuant to subsection 3.3C(i) for all or any portion of such paymenthonored drawing, such Issuing Lender shall pay to Administrative Agent shall distribute to for the account of each other Revolving Lender (including such Issuing Lender) that which has paid all amounts payable by it under subsection 3.3C(i) with respect to such payment honored drawing such other Revolving Lender’s 's Pro Rata Share of the Revolving Loan Commitment any interest received by Administrative Agent such Issuing Lender in respect of that portion of such payment honored drawing so made reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders for the period from the date on which such Issuing Lender was so reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders to but excluding the date on which such portion of such payment honored drawing is reimbursed by CompanyBorrower. Any such distribution shall be 66 made to a Revolving Lender at its primary address set forth below its name on the account specified in subsection 2.4C(iii)appropriate signature page hereof or at such other address as such Revolving Lender may request.

Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at its primary address set forth below its name on the account specified in subsection 2.4C(iii)appropriate signature page hereof or at such other address as such Revolving Lender may request.

Distribution of Interest Payments by Administrative Agent. Promptly upon receipt by Administrative Agent for the account of any Issuing Bank of any payment of interest pursuant to subsection 3.3D(i) with respect to a payment drawing honored under a Letter of CreditCredit issued by it, (a) Administrative Agent shall distribute to (x) each Revolving Lender (including the Issuing Lender) , out of the interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of the period from the date such drawing is honored to but excluding the date on which the applicable such Issuing Lender Bank is reimbursed for the amount of such payment honored drawing (including any such reimbursement out of the proceeds of Revolving Loans pursuant to subsection 3.3B), the amount that such Revolving Lender would have been entitled to receive in respect of the letter of credit fee that would have been payable in respect of such Letter of Credit for such period pursuant to subsection 3.2 if no drawing had been honored under such Letter of Credit, and (y) such Issuing Lender the amountand, if any, remaining after payment of the amounts applied pursuant to clause (x), and (b) in the event if such Issuing Lender Bank shall have been reimbursed by other the Revolving Lenders pursuant to subsection 3.3C(i) for all or any portion of such paymenthonored drawing, such Issuing Bank shall pay to Administrative Agent shall distribute to for the account of each Revolving Lender (including such Issuing Lender) that has paid all amounts payable by it under subsection 3.3C(i) with respect to such payment honored drawing such Revolving Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the Revolving Loan Commitment any interest received by Administrative Agent such Issuing Bank in respect of that portion of such payment honored drawing so made reimbursed by the Revolving Lenders for the period from the date on which such Issuing Lender Bank was so reimbursed by the Revolving Lenders to but excluding the date on which such portion of such payment honored drawing is reimbursed by CompanyBorrower. Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at its primary address set forth below its name on the account specified in subsection 2.4C(iii)appropriate signature page hereof or at such other address as such Revolving Lender may request.

Promptly upon receipt by Administrative Agent for the account of any Issuing Lender of any payment of interest pursuant to subsection 3.3D(i) with respect to a payment drawing honored under a Letter of CreditCredit issued by it, (a) Administrative Agent shall distribute to (x) each Revolving Lender (including the Issuing Lender) , out of the interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of the period from the date such drawing is honored to but excluding the date on which the applicable such Issuing Lender is reimbursed for the amount of such payment honored drawing (including any such reimbursement out of the proceeds of Revolving Loans pursuant to subsection 3.3B), the amount that such other Revolving Lender would have been entitled to receive in respect of the letter of credit fee that would have been payable in respect of such Letter of Credit for such period pursuant to subsection 3.2 if no drawing had been honored under such Letter of Credit, and (y) such Issuing Lender the amount, if any, remaining after payment of the amounts applied pursuant to clause (x), and (b) in the event if such Issuing Lender shall have been reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders pursuant to subsection 3.3C(i) for all or any portion of such paymenthonored drawing, such Issuing Lender shall pay to Administrative Agent shall distribute to for the account of each other Revolving Lender (including such Issuing Lender) that has paid all amounts payable by it under subsection 3.3C(i) with respect to such payment honored drawing such other Revolving Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the Revolving Loan Commitment any interest received by Administrative Agent such Issuing Lender in respect of that portion of such payment honored drawing so made reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders for the period from the date on which such Issuing Lender was so reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders to but excluding the date on which such portion of such payment honored drawing is reimbursed by CompanyBorrower. Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at its primary address set forth below its name on the account specified in subsection 2.4C(iii)appropriate signature page hereof or at such other address as such Revolving Lender may request.

Distribution of Interest Payments by Administrative Agent. Promptly upon receipt by Administrative Agent for the account of any Issuing Lender of any payment of interest pursuant to subsection 3.3D(i) Subsection III.C.3.a with respect to a payment drawing honored under a Letter of CreditCredit issued by it, (a) Administrative Agent shall distribute to (x) each Revolving Lender (including the Issuing Lender) , out of the interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of the period from the date such drawing is honored to but excluding the date on which the applicable such Issuing Lender is reimbursed for the amount of such payment honored drawing (including any such reimbursement out of the proceeds of Revolving Loans pursuant to subsection 3.3BSubsection III.C.1), the amount that such other Revolving Lender would have been entitled to receive in respect of the letter of credit fee that would have been payable in respect of such Letter of Credit for such period pursuant to subsection 3.2 Subsection III.B if no drawing had been honored under such Letter of Credit, and (y) such Issuing Lender the amount, if any, remaining after payment of the amounts applied pursuant to clause (x), and (b) in the event if such Issuing Lender shall have been reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders pursuant to subsection 3.3C(i) Subsection III.C.2.a for all or any portion of such paymenthonored drawing, such Issuing Lender shall pay to Administrative Agent shall distribute to for the account of each such Revolving Lender (including such Issuing Lender) that has paid all amounts payable by it under subsection 3.3C(i) Subsection III.C.2.a with respect to such payment honored drawing such other Revolving Lender’s 's Pro Rata Share of the Revolving Loan Commitment of any interest received by Administrative Agent such Issuing Lender in respect of that portion of such payment honored drawing so made reimbursed by Revolving Lenders for the period from the date on which such Issuing Lender was so reimbursed by Revolving Lenders to but excluding the date on which such portion of such payment honored drawing is reimbursed by CompanyBorrower. Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at its primary address set forth in the account specified in subsection 2.4C(iii)Register or at such other address as such Revolving Lender may request.

Distribution of Interest Payments by Administrative Agent. Distribution of Interest Payments by Administrative Agent. Distribution of Interest Payments by Administrative Agent. Promptly upon receipt by Administrative Agent of any payment of interest pursuant to subsection 3.3D(i) with respect to a payment under a Letter of Credit, (a) Administrative Agent shall distribute to (x) each Revolving Lender (including the Issuing Lender) out of the interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of the period from the date such drawing is honored to but excluding the date on which the applicable Issuing Lender is reimbursed for the amount of such payment (including any such reimbursement out of the proceeds of Revolving Loans pursuant to subsection 3.3B), the amount that such Revolving Lender would have been entitled to receive in respect of the letter of credit fee that would have been payable in respect of such Letter of Credit for such period pursuant to subsection 3.2 if no drawing had been honored under such Letter of Credit, Credit and (y) such Issuing Lender the amount, if any, remaining after payment of the amounts applied pursuant to clause (x), and (b) in the event such Issuing Lender shall have been reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders pursuant to subsection 3.3C(i) for all or any portion of such payment, Administrative Agent shall distribute to each Revolving Lender (including such Issuing Lender) that has paid all amounts payable by it under subsection 3.3C(i) with respect to such payment such Revolving Lender’s Pro Rata Share of any interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of that portion of such payment so made by Revolving Lenders for the period from the date on which such Issuing Lender was so reimbursed to but excluding the date on which such portion of such payment is reimbursed by Company. Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at the account specified in subsection 2.4C(iii).

Distribution of Interest Payments by Administrative Agent. Promptly upon receipt by Administrative Agent of any payment of interest pursuant to subsection 3.3D(i) with respect to a payment drawing under a Letter of CreditCredit issued by it, (a) Administrative Agent shall distribute to (x) each Revolving Lender (including the Issuing other Lender) , out of the interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of the period from the date of such drawing is honored to but excluding the date on which the applicable Issuing Lender Administrative Agent is reimbursed for the amount of such payment drawing (including any such reimbursement out of the proceeds of Revolving Tranche A Loans pursuant to subsection 3.3B), the amount that such Revolving other Lender would have been entitled to receive in respect of the letter of credit fee that would have been payable in respect of such Letter of Credit for such period pursuant to subsection 3.2 if no drawing had been honored made under such Letter of Credit, and (y) such Issuing Lender the amount, if any, remaining after payment of the amounts applied pursuant to clause (x), and (b) in the event such Issuing Lender Administrative Agent shall have been reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders pursuant to subsection 3.3C(i) for all or any portion of such paymentdrawing, Administrative Agent shall distribute to each Revolving other Lender (including such Issuing Lender) that which has paid all amounts payable by it under subsection 3.3C(i) with respect to such payment drawing such Revolving other Lender’s 's Pro Rata Share of any interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of that portion of such payment drawing so made reimbursed by Revolving other Lenders for the period from the date on which such Issuing Lender Administrative Agent was so reimbursed by other Lenders to but excluding and including the date on which such portion of such payment drawing is reimbursed by Company. Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at its primary address set forth below its name on the account specified in subsection 2.4C(iii)appropriate signature page hereof or at such other address as such Lender may request.

Distribution of Interest Payments by Administrative Agent. Promptly upon receipt by Administrative Agent of any payment of interest pursuant to subsection 3.3D(i) with respect to a payment under a Letter of Credit, (a) Administrative Agent shall distribute to (x) each Revolving Lender (including the Issuing Lender) out of the interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of the period from the date such drawing is honored to but excluding the date on which the applicable Issuing Lender is reimbursed for the amount of such payment (including any such reimbursement out of the proceeds of Revolving Loans pursuant to subsection 3.3B), the amount that such Revolving Lender would have been entitled to receive in respect of the letter of credit fee that would have been payable in respect of such Letter of Credit for such period pursuant to subsection 3.2 if no drawing had been honored under such Letter of Credit, and (y) such the Issuing Lender the amount, if any, remaining after payment of the amounts applied pursuant to clause (x), and (b) in the event such the Issuing Lender shall have been reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders pursuant to subsection 3.3C(i) for all or any portion of such payment, Administrative Agent shall distribute to each Revolving Lender (including such the Issuing Lender) that has paid all amounts payable by it under subsection 3.3C(i) with respect to such payment such Revolving Lender’s Pro Rata Share of any interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of that portion of such payment so made by Revolving Lenders for the period from the date on which such the Issuing Lender was so reimbursed to but excluding the date on which such portion of such payment is reimbursed by Company. Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at the account specified in subsection 2.4C(iii2.4B(iii).

Distribution of Interest Payments by Administrative Agent. Promptly upon receipt by Administrative Agent of any payment of interest pursuant to subsection 3.3D(i) with respect to a payment under a Letter of Credit, (a) Administrative Agent shall distribute to (x) each Revolving Lender (including the Issuing LenderLender that paid such drawing) out of the interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of the period from the date such drawing is honored to but excluding the date on which the applicable Issuing Lender is reimbursed for the amount of such payment (including any such reimbursement out of the proceeds of Revolving Loans pursuant to subsection 3.3B), the amount that such Revolving Lender would have been entitled to receive in respect of the letter of credit fee that would have been payable in respect of such Letter of Credit for such period pursuant to subsection 3.2 if no drawing had been honored under such Letter of Credit, and (y) such Issuing Lender the amount, if any, remaining after payment of the amounts applied pursuant to clause (x), and (b) in the event such Issuing Lender shall have been reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders pursuant to subsection 3.3C(i) for all or any portion of such payment, Administrative Agent shall distribute to each Revolving Lender (including such Issuing Lender) that has paid all amounts payable by it under subsection 3.3C(i) with respect to such payment such Revolving Lender’s 's Pro Rata Share of any interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of that portion of such payment so made by Revolving Lenders for the period from the date on which such Issuing Lender was so reimbursed to but excluding the date on which such portion of such payment is reimbursed by Company. Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at the account specified in subsection 2.4C(iii).

Distribution of Interest Payments by Administrative Agent. Promptly upon receipt by Administrative Agent for the account of any Issuing Lender of any payment of interest pursuant to subsection 3.3D(i) with respect to a payment drawing honored under a Letter of CreditCredit issued by it, (a) Administrative Agent shall distribute to (x) each Revolving Lender (including the Issuing Lender) , out of the interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of the period from the date such drawing is honored to but excluding the date on which the applicable such Issuing Lender is reimbursed for the amount of such payment honored drawing (including any such reimbursement out of the proceeds of Revolving Loans pursuant to subsection 3.3B), the amount that such other Revolving Lender would have been entitled to receive in respect of the letter of credit fee that would have been payable in respect of such Letter of Credit for such period pursuant to subsection 3.2 if no drawing had been honored under such Letter of Credit, and (y) such Issuing Lender the amount, if any, remaining after payment of the amounts applied pursuant to clause (x), and (b) in the event if such Issuing Lender shall have been reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders pursuant to subsection 3.3C(i) for all or any portion of such paymenthonored drawing, such Issuing Lender shall pay to Administrative Agent shall distribute to for the account of each other Revolving Lender (including such Issuing Lender) that has paid all amounts payable by it under subsection 3.3C(i) with respect to such payment honored drawing such other Revolving Lender’s 's Pro Rata Share of the Revolving Loan Commitment any interest received by Administrative Agent such Issuing Lender in respect of that portion of such payment honored drawing so made reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders for the period from the date on which such Issuing Lender was so reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders to but excluding the date on which such portion of such payment honored drawing is reimbursed by CompanyBorrower. Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at its primary address set forth below its name on the account specified in subsection 2.4C(iii)appropriate signature page hereof or at such other address as such Revolving Lender may request.

Distribution of Interest Payments by Administrative Agent. Promptly upon receipt by Administrative Agent of any payment of interest pursuant to subsection 3.3D(i) with respect to a payment under a Revolving Letter of Credit, (a) Administrative Agent shall distribute to (x) each Revolving Lender (including the Issuing Lender) out of the interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of the period from the date such drawing is honored to but excluding the date on which the applicable Issuing Lender is reimbursed for the amount of such payment (including any such reimbursement out of the proceeds of Revolving Loans pursuant to subsection 3.3B), the amount that such Revolving Lender would have been entitled to receive in respect of the letter of credit fee that would have been payable in respect of such Revolving Letter of Credit for such period pursuant to subsection 3.2 if no drawing had been honored under such Revolving Letter of Credit, Credit and (y) such Issuing Lender the amount, if any, remaining after payment of the amounts applied pursuant to clause (x), and (b) in the event such Issuing Lender shall have been reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders pursuant to subsection 3.3C(i) for all or any portion of such payment, Administrative Agent shall distribute to each Revolving Lender (including such Issuing Lender) that has paid all amounts payable by it under subsection 3.3C(i) with respect to such payment such Revolving Lender’s Pro Rata Share of any interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of that portion of such payment so made by Revolving Lenders for the period from the date on which such Issuing Lender was so reimbursed to but excluding the date on which such portion of such payment is reimbursed by Company. Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at the account specified in subsection 2.4C(iii).

Distribution of Interest Payments by Administrative Agent. Promptly upon receipt by Administrative Agent of any payment of interest pursuant to subsection 3.3D(i4.3D(i) with respect to a payment under a Letter of Credit, , (a) Administrative Agent shall distribute to (x) each Revolving Lender (including the Issuing LenderRevolving Lender that paid such drawing) out of the interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of the period from the date such drawing is honored to but excluding the date on which the applicable Issuing Lender is reimbursed for the amount of such payment (including any such reimbursement out of the proceeds of Revolving Loans pursuant to subsection 3.3B4.3B), the amount that such Revolving Lender would have been entitled to receive in respect of the letter of credit fee that would have been payable in respect of such Letter of Credit for such period pursuant to subsection 3.2 4.2 if no drawing had been honored under such Letter of Credit, and (y) such Issuing Lender the amount, if any, remaining after payment of the amounts applied pursuant to clause (x), and and (b) in the event such Issuing Lender shall have been reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders pursuant to subsection 3.3C(i4.3C(i) for all or any portion of such payment, Administrative Agent shall distribute to each Revolving Lender (including such Issuing Lender) that has paid all amounts payable by it under subsection 3.3C(i4.3C(i) with respect to such payment such Revolving Lender’s 's Pro Rata Share of any interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of that portion of such payment so made by Revolving Lenders for the period from the date on which such Issuing Lender was so reimbursed to but excluding the date on which such portion of such payment is reimbursed by Company. Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at the account specified in subsection 2.4C(iii).

Distribution of Interest Payments by Administrative Agent. Promptly upon receipt by Administrative Agent of any payment of interest pursuant to subsection 3.3D(iSection 10.3(d)(i) with respect to a payment under a Letter of Credit, (aA) Administrative Agent shall distribute to (x1) each Revolving Lender (including the Issuing Lender) out of the interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of the period from the date such drawing is honored to but excluding the date on which the applicable Issuing Lender is reimbursed for the amount of such payment (including any such reimbursement out of the proceeds of Revolving Loans pursuant to subsection 3.3BSection 10.3(b)), the amount that such Revolving Lender would have been entitled to receive in respect of the letter Letter of credit Credit fee that would have been payable in respect of such Letter of Credit for such period pursuant to subsection 3.2 Section 10.2 if no drawing had been honored under such Letter of Credit, Credit and (y2) such Issuing Lender the amount, if any, remaining after payment of the amounts applied pursuant to clause (x), 1) and (bB) in the event such Issuing Lender shall have been reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders pursuant to subsection 3.3C(iSection 10.3(c)(i) for all or any portion of such payment, Administrative Agent shall distribute to each Revolving Lender (including such Issuing Lender) that has paid all amounts payable by it under subsection 3.3C(iSection 10.3(c)(i) with respect to such payment such Revolving Lender’s Pro Rata Share of any interest received by Administrative Agent in respect of that portion of such payment so made by Revolving Lenders for the period from the date on which such Issuing Lender was so reimbursed to but excluding the date on which such portion of such payment is reimbursed by Company. Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at the account specified in subsection 2.4C(iiiSection 2.4(c)(iii).
