Common use of Distribution of Payment Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Payment. All principal, interest and any other amounts received by the Debenture Holders' Representative with respect to any Tranche of Debentures (including from the enforcement of the Guarantee) shall be applied in the order of priority set out under Condition 9.5 of the Conditions.
