Common use of Distribution of Reports to the Trustee and the Company; Advances by the Servicer Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Reports to the Trustee and the Company; Advances by the Servicer. (a) Prior to the close of business on the Business Day next succeeding each Determination Date, the Servicer shall furnish a report (the "Remittance Report") to the Trustee and MBIA in a mutually agreed upon form of an electromagnetic tape or disk and hard copy, or other automated transmission. The Remittance Report and any information supplemental thereto shall include such information with respect to the Mortgage Loans that is required by the Trustee for purposes of making the calculations described in Section 4.02, preparing any requested drawings on the MBIA Policy and preparing the statement described in Section 4.03, as set forth in written specifications or guidelines issued by the Seller or the Trustee from time to time. The Trustee shall be protected in relying upon the information set forth in the Remittance Report without any independent check or verification.
