Common use of Distribution of Research Reserve Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Research Reserve. The Board, subsequent to the establishment 5 of a Research Reserve pursuant to Section 4.05 hereof, shall release and authorize the harvesting 6 of the Research Reserve by the Members as specified in the agreement(s) establishing such 7 reserve. Such release and authorization shall be conducted in a manner, consistent with this plan, 8 that continues to ensure the Sector ACE is not exceeded.

Distribution of Research Reserve. The Board, subsequent to the establishment 5 of a Research Reserve pursuant to Section 4.05 hereof, shall release and authorize the harvesting 6 of the Research Reserve by the Members as specified in the agreement(s) establishing such 7 reserve.
