Distribution of Settlement Benefits for the DHEPDS Class. The occurrence of the Effective Date is a condition precedent to distribution of any funds to the DHEPDS Class. After the Effective Date, the portion of the Aggregate Payment allocated to the DHEPDS Class, minus any relevant previously-incurred Administrative Costs will be placed in a sub-fund of the Settlement Fund created for the DHEPDS Class subject to further order of the Court as described in Section 9.
