Distribution of Source CodeSource Code portions of the Compliant Covered Code may be distributed only to another Licensee of the same Technology.
Distribution of Source CodeThe licensee is permitted, but not required to distribute the Swiss Ephemeris source code together with his software app. If the licensee chooses to distribute the source code, he must include the complete Swiss Ephemeris source code. If he has made changes to the original source code, he is subject to the same conditions for those changes as laid down in the AGPL.
Distribution of Source Code. (a) CBS shall not distribute to third parties, except bona-fide consultants (pursuant to a written non-disclosure agreement containing provisions at least as restrictive as this Agreement), copies of the Source Code for the Autotote Licensed Software or the Autotote Enhancements delivered by ASI or Autotote to CBS hereunder, or copies of such Source Code as modified, changed, revised, or altered by CBS, without the prior express written consent of ASI or Autotote. (b) Neither Autotote nor ASI shall distribute to third parties, except bona-fide consultants (pursuant to a written non-disclosure agreement containing provisions at least as restrictive as this Agreement), copies of the Source Code for the CBS Licensed Software or the CBS Enhancements delivered by CBS to ASI or Autotote hereunder, or copies of such Source Code as modified, changed, revised, or altered by ASI or Autotote, without the prior express written consent of CBS.

  • Distribution of UDP and TCP queries DNS probes will send UDP or TCP “DNS test” approximating the distribution of these queries.

  • Distribution of Public Keys Each of Registry Operator and Escrow Agent will distribute its public key to the other party (Registry Operator or Escrow Agent, as the case may be) via email to an email address to be specified. Each party will confirm receipt of the other party’s public key with a reply email, and the distributing party will subsequently reconfirm the authenticity of the key transmitted via offline methods, like in person meeting, telephone, etc. In this way, public key transmission is authenticated to a user able to send and receive mail via a mail server operated by the distributing party. Escrow Agent, Registry Operator and ICANN will exchange public keys by the same procedure.
